Our auction sales are held approximately bi-monthly. Prior to each sale, our catalogue is extensively advertised and marketed to a targeted in-house database, within the local and regional press, within national property publications (if necessary), from our Chester head office and throughout our regional office network.
Internet advertising appears on our bespoke Auction website at www.cavendishproperties.co.uk/auctions.php along with vebra.com and rightmove.co.uk.
This intensive and widespread promotion ensures that all likely target markets are covered.
