Selling at auction
Our Auctioneer will advise upon suitability and salability at auction, along with our recommendation in terms of setting guide and reserve prices.
Sellers will need to instruct their solicitor to prepare a legal pack, with any special conditions of sale and to attend the auction.
Our Terms of Appointment will be on a No Sale No Fee basis with the only additional charges made being a reservation fee and any specialist marketing activity outside our standard programme.
